第127届广交会网上举办采购商指引之一
一、展览题材
出口展及进口展的展区设置，参照上届实体展设置。为贫困地区参展企业设立专区，同时按其展品类别归入相应展区参展企业名单。全部展览内容同时上线。
出口展按16大类商品分设50个展区，分别为：电子及家电类，照明类，车辆及配件类，五金工具类，机械类，建材类，化工产品类，能源类，日用消费品类，礼品类，纺织服装类，鞋类，家居装饰品类，办公、箱包及休闲用品类，食品类，医药及医疗保健类。
进口展按6大类别，分别为：电子及家电类、建材及五金类、机械设备类、食品及饮料类、家居用品类、面料及家纺类。
二、具体形式
第127届广交会将全面运用先进信息技术，在广交会官网建立全面的线上展示对接平台，已获得本届广交会展位安排的约2.5万家参展企业，全部上线展示，按所在展区线上参展。平台提供全天候网上推介、供采对接、在线洽谈等功能，主要包括线上展示对接平台、直播营销、供采对接和第三方平台同步活动。
三、登录方式
国内外采购商及观众可通过广交会官网进行登录注册，参加网上举办的各项活动。

Exhibit Categories
The exhibition sections of the National Pavilion and International Pavilion shall be arranged as in the previous session. Traditional Chinese Specialty section will be set up, and these products will also be included in the corresponding section according to category. All contents of the Fair will be released online at the same time.
There are 50 exhibition sections that cover 16 major categories in the National Pavilion：Electronics & Household Electrical Appliances; Lighting Equipment; Vehicles & Spare Parts; Hardware & Tools; Machinery; Building Materials; Chemical Products; Energy Resources; Consumer Goods; Gifts; Textiles & Garments; Shoes; Home Decorations; Office Supplies, Cases & Bags, and Recreation Products; Food; Medicines, Medical Devices and Health Products.
The International Pavilion displays 6 major categories：Electronics & Household Electrical Appliances; Building Materials & Hardware; Machinery Equipments; Food & Drink; Household Items; Fabrics and Home Textiles.
Online Services
Powered by advanced information technology, we will establish an online exhibition platform on the official website. About 25,000 exhibitors who have their booths confirmed in this session will display online according to their exhibition sections. We will provide around-the-clock online services for product promotion, matchmaking and business negotiations, including online exhibition, live streaming services, matchmaking and activities on third party platforms.

第127届广交会网上举办采购商指引之二
采购商注册登陆账号后，在官网首页能看到大会动态和官方信息发布。通过10*24小时直播日历，可以查看包括启动仪式、行业峰会、新品发布等官方活动直播，随时订阅感兴趣的直播，在直播前收到提醒。
在展商展品查看服务，采购商能看到原来线下广交会的16大类、50个展区，可通过定向搜索指定的展商展品，通过系统智能匹配功能搜索展品，也可通过观看参展商直播物色展品，实现快速了解参展商及其展品详情。
在发现感兴趣的展品后，采购商可以通过聊天窗口的形式进行实时沟通。或者通过提交洽谈申请和展商预约双方洽谈时间，召开视频会议面对面沟通。广交会官网可支撑500万个一对一、全天候的网上洽谈室，考虑到时差因素，也可以采用留言方式，参展商和采购商可以通过直播，不错过任何信息交流，双方运用即时洽谈工具进行沟通，可以实现在线贸易零障碍。
通过这样一系列的线上平台与贸易服务工具，供采双方将实现一站式全天候的网上推介、供采对接、在线洽谈等全流程商贸沟通。
Buyer’s Guide II for the 127th Canton Fair
By registering an account and logging in to the official website of Canton Fair, you can see the latest information and official announcements about the event on the homepage. The 10*24 live stream calendar gives you the access to the live events including opening ceremony, industry summit and new product launches. You can subscribe to live streams you are interested in to receive reminders before the live streaming.
Like the offline Canton Fair, the online exhibition consists of 16 product categories and 50 areas. You can find the exhibitors/exhibits you need through targeted search or system's intelligent matching, or watch the live streams of exhibitors to have a quick picture of the exhibitors/exhibits.
When finding an exhibit that you are interested in, you can directly communicate with the exhibitor using the chat window, or submit a negotiation request to make an appointment with the exhibitor for a video chat. The Canton Fair official website supports up to 5 million one-to-one, around-clock online chat rooms, while allowing leaving messages in case of a time difference. You can interact with exhibitors through live streams and instant messaging tools without missing any information, enjoying a barrier-free dealing experience.
